1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 10wni or by using any service available on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 10wni.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of 10wni constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.

10wni reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after notification of changes means you accept the updated terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

In addition to the age requirement, the following conditions must be met to use the platform:

• You must be a real person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee of 10wni or a close family member of an employee.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and at any point during identity verification.

10wni may request identity verification documents at any point. This is a standard procedure and is not specific to any individual player. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each player may only hold one account on 10wni. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different email addresses, different phone numbers or any other variation — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• Your correct full name as it appears on your identity documents.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for account verification and security.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details — password and any security codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 10wni support immediately at [email protected].

10wni is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may change — check the Deposit page for current options.

Key deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• 10wni does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment network are outside 10wni's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for deposit. 10wni applies a withdrawal matching policy — if you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to your JazzCash account.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account at the time of requesting.
• 10wni reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure and applies to all players.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe displayed on the Deposit page, subject to any ongoing verification requirements.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances and fully wagered bonus amounts are withdrawable.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not in your own name — are not permitted and will be declined.

6Bonuses and Promotions

10wni offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, live casino boosts, match-day offers during PSL and international cricket, and a five-tier VIP loyalty programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms which must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25×). This must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates: Different games contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute less. Check each bonus's terms for the exact rates.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: A maximum permitted bet per spin or hand applies when playing with an active bonus balance. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• One per player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one per player, household and IP address.

7Gaming Rules

All games available on 10wni operate under the rules set by the respective game provider. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Slot, fish game and bingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 10wni does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Incomplete rounds due to disconnection are handled according to each game's specific disconnection policy.
• If a technical error occurs mid-game, the round may be voided and your stake returned. 10wni's decision on voided rounds is final.
• Bets placed after a round's closing time — for live games — will not be counted regardless of the result.
• 10wni reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10wni:

• Registering more than one account, or helping another person create a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting known software bugs or errors for profit. Any winnings obtained through a software error are not legitimate and will be removed.
• Using stolen payment details, conducting fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus terms through structured play patterns designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity (bonus abuse).
• Harassing or abusing other players or platform staff through any communication channel.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after standard checks are completed.

10wni reserves the right to suspend or close any account:

• Where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct.
• Where identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Where account activity suggests the account is being operated by someone other than the registered holder.
• Where the account holder has opted into self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.

In cases of account closure due to rule violations, balances may be forfeited. 10wni's decision on disputed closure cases will be made after internal review and communicated to the player.

10Limitation of Liability

10wni provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure uptime and system reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

• 10wni is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures, device issues or internet outages on the player's side.
• 10wni is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• The total liability of 10wni to any player in any circumstance is limited to the player's current real money account balance at the time the issue arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence on the part of 10wni.

11Privacy and Data

Your personal information — name, contact details, payment data and gaming activity — is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read that document for full details of how your data is used, stored and protected.

In summary: 10wni uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, provide customer support, and comply with anti-fraud requirements. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12Responsible Gaming

10wni is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes the following tools for all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During exclusion, no deposits are accepted and no bonuses are issued.
